A 50% prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged. It is used only for booking purposes .
Please make an electronic wire transfer to our bank account for your required prepayment.
Once we receive your online reservation we will send you our bank information.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation amd a signed receipt by fax.
You must pay your balance in cash upon check-in.
In the village of Puerto Viejo there are two banks with ATM's and traveller's check exchange.
Children 4 & under stay for free. They only pay for food & beverages.
Reception closes at 10:00 p.m.
In case of late arrivals please notify us in advance.
Cancellation / No-show policy:
A no show will result in a forfeiture of your prepayment.
Cancellations are refunded only with a minimum of 14 days notice.
No refunds are made in case of earlier departures.
If you decide, during your stay, to change
from any all inclusive package
to the Room Only Option a penalty charge will be applied. There are no full refunds.
